Jane E Tuitt students, parents, teachers, and administrators came together to continue developing their school garden on Saturday, May 11, 2019. Months prior the students worked alongside volunteers from My Brothers Workshop, Eco-Schools VI, and the Coast Guard to build their gardening boxes. This campus beautification project digs deeper to help students develop an active role in their nutrition according to Principal Thelca Bedminster. The school garden helps to supply fresh fruits and vegetable to the students' families.
